Membership is open to current employees and retirees of the State of Illinois. It is also open to the surviving spouse of a state retiree.

The membership form may be used for:
 • New membership application
 • Authorize pension check deduction for member dues
 • Submit a check for member dues
 • Address changes - permanent or temporary

The RSEA fiscal year is from January 1 to December 31. By checking the box on the membership form to authorize automatic dues deductions from your pension payments, you can help save processing and accounting costs. Current dues are $1.50 per month.
